A down payment (10 %) is requested when signing up. PayPal or invoice can be selected as payment methods. Note that you are not guaranteed a seat on the course until the down payment has been registered.

FEES & PAYMENT
The fee includes faculty-led education, theoretical / practical examination, diploma and/or certificate depending on program.
VARIABLE PRICING POLICY
We offer variable pricing depending on how early you register. The sooner you register - the better the price.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
If you need to cancel the program for any reason you can always contact us to discuss your specific need. There are e.g. insurances that cover certain type of situations such as the event of illness (where you would need a medical certificate). Our policy is to be adaptible to your needs and find a win-win solution, e.g. by offering the same program at a different date.
You have the possibility to change from one same program to another, when it is given at a different date, as long as you give us notice at least fifteen days in advance of the start of the program, or earlier (assuming that the other program is not already fully booked).
We reserve the right to postpone (change the date) a program due to disease or an unoptimal number of registered participants. If this would be the case, then we offer a full refund of the tuition fee or the program at a different, depending on your preference.
The 100 % Satisfaction Guarantee policy means that should you for any reason not be happy with the education, you have the right to ask for a refund within the 3 first days from the start of the program in Marbella.
